Refund Policy
At In'A Shot, we take great pride in the quality of every product we send out. Since our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
When are you eligible for a refund or replacement?
You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:
- You received a damaged or broken product
- You received a tampered or unsealed product
- You received the wrong product
- Your order was lost in transit and never delivered
How to raise a claim
Email us at cheers@inashot.life within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 2 business days and resolve it with either a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method.
What we cannot help with
- Change of mind after delivery
- Dislike of taste or flavour
- Products that have been opened and partially consumed
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
